On our climb up Reindeer Mountain we encountered a huge caribou up close and personal. Too up close and too personal! While we were watching him he all of a sudden turned down our trail and started to charge! The kids did exactly what they were suppose to do - they did not run (if you can imagine!) and they made themselves look big - by standing up, holding up arms and shirts. It worked - Praise the Lord!
